Public sites should include at least one wheelchair-accessible unit. We size it at 5% of each cluster, never fewer than 1.
Can units be locked overnight at a park?
A hasp lock can be added free. Leave the key in a lockbox for the service tech.
Do seasonal units get picked up automatically?
Seasonal orders have a planned closing date. We confirm by phone the week before pickup.
Can the service day change for tournaments?
