Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment

A rental is booked when the quote is accepted and the card is charged. No deposit is taken. Event rentals are paid in full at booking. Long-term rentals charge the card at the start of each 28-day cycle. The quote lists every fee and tax before payment.

Billing periods

Event rentals cover delivery before the event and pickup after it, including the weekend for Saturday and Sunday events. Weekly rentals cover up to 7 days with one service. Jobsite and long-term rentals bill every 28 days, not by calendar month, and renew until you call for pickup.

Cancellation and changes

Cancel or change dates up to 24 business hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Business hours are Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once the truck leaves the yard. Cancellations after delivery are not refunded.

Delivery and access

You choose a flat, firm spot within about 15 feet of where the truck can park, with a clear path. If the driver cannot reach the spot because of a locked gate, parked cars or soft ground, the unit is set at the nearest safe spot or a return trip fee may apply.

Servicing

Jobsite and long-term units are serviced weekly, included in the rate. Extra service visits are billed per visit. Event units arrive clean and are not serviced during the event unless service is ordered. Keep the path clear on service day.

Pickup and ending billing

Event rentals are picked up on the scheduled day. Jobsite and long-term rentals are picked up when you call; call at least one business day before the cycle ends to avoid a new 28-day charge. Billing stops at the end of the cycle in which the unit is picked up.

Damage and loss

Normal wear is our cost. The renter pays for damage beyond normal use, such as fire, tipping caused by misuse, vandalism, graffiti, or theft. Do not move units with waste inside. Report damage the same day so we can swap the unit.

Property

Our drivers take care on lawns and driveways, but the renter is responsible for pointing out septic tanks, sprinkler lines, buried cables and soft ground before delivery. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground items.

Permits

The renter is responsible for any permit needed to place a unit on a street, sidewalk or public land. We can tell you the unit's size for your permit application.
