About Alan Rental Works
Alan Rental Works is a porta potty and restroom rental company owned and run by Alan from one yard at 808 N Ellsworth St on Allentown's East Side. The same small team answers the phone, loads the trucks and services the units.
Who runs Alan Rental Works?
Alan, the owner, runs Alan Rental Works day to day: dispatch, routes and the service schedule. When you call (610) 228-7980 during office hours, the person who answers can see the truck board and the yard stock, so a quote takes minutes, not a callback.
We built the business around the three things that frustrate restroom renters most: not knowing when the truck will come, surprise fees on the bill, and units that show up dirty. So the driver calls ahead, every fee is on the quote before you pay, and units are washed and stocked before they leave.
What do we stand behind?
Alan Rental Works stands behind three things on every rental: a driver call about 30 minutes before arrival, an itemized quote with every fee before payment, and a unit that arrives washed, deodorized and stocked. If a unit arrives in bad shape, call and we'll swap it.
