Why can't you deliver the morning of my party?
Morning-of delivery can't be promised because each truck runs a route of 10 to 20 stops planned by location. Your stop may land at 8 a.m. or 2 p.m. A unit delivered the business day before is sure to be in place when the first guest arrives, which is the whole point of renting it.
Does the extra time cost more?
The extra days cost nothing. The weekend price covers Thursday or Friday delivery and Monday pickup. The cost of a rental is mostly the two truck trips, and those trips are the same whether the unit stands for one day or four.
How do I prep the spot before Friday?
Prep the spot by Thursday night: pick flat, firm ground within about 15 feet of where the truck can park, mark it with a cone or ribbon, unlock the gate, and move cars off the driveway. Text the yard a photo of the spot. Your phone rings about 30 minutes before the truck arrives.

Holiday weekends shift the schedule earlier. For July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day, units often go out Wednesday or Thursday, and pickup may slide to Tuesday after a Monday holiday. Book holiday weekends 2 to 4 weeks ahead, because stock runs out.
